Responsibilities:
Development and Series Support
- Manage development and series support for Charging system components (OBC/DCB/Inlet/DCDC) to meet legal regulations and production requirements.
- Create and update component requirements specifications.
- Generate feature requests to suppliers, analyze efforts, and negotiate quotations.
- Raise Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and present them in car line change committee meetings to gain approval for implementation.
Production and Aftersales Support
- Support production plants in issue resolution.
- Provide solutions for issues reported by the aftersales team.
- Lead PF-Teams through the full issue resolution lifecycle, from problem identification to implementation and verification of solutions.
Team Leadership and Strategy
- Define and drive the strategic direction for PF-Team issue resolution efforts in alignment with program goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact and decision-maker for the PF-Team, reporting progress, challenges, and needs to senior management.
- Oversee the application of structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) for robust root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and processes for PF-Team setup, operations, and reporting.
- Champion effective use of issue tracking, project management, and collaboration tools.
- Identify and implement best practices for PF-Team operationalization and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, quality, production, supply chain, and other departments.
- Engage and manage critical internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and active participation.
- Mediate discussions, resolve conflicts, and build consensus among diverse teams to drive progress.
