Job Description:

• KRA 1: Experience in DuPont methodology, Gap analysis and preparation of action plan.

• KRA 2: Incident Investigation, HIRA, SOP, SWP, Other standards, Legal rules of safety

• KRA 3: Audit, Training to all level of employees, knowledge of project safety guidelines

• KRA 4: Analysis of SO, Incidents, Audits, prepare action plan for improvement, and capability to support line functions to improve.

• KRA 5: Motivational skill to make employees follow the safety norms etc

Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills:
KANNADA SPEAKING IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION
Incumbent should be able to handle Safety department operations at plant

Qualifications:

Post Diploma-Industrial Safety,Bachelor Of Engineering
Minimum Experience Level:
5-8 Years
