Safety Implementation:Organize and coordinate safety practices in the plant to achieve zero incident.
- Conduct regular plant inspections
- Develop checklist for Safety
- Monitor and implement of safety practices at the project site
- Participation in departmental meetings
- Emphasis on usage of PPE
- Generate and review of reports and analysis of accident
- Conducting training programs
Safety Promotion:Identify and formulate programs related to safety in order to motivate the employees.
- Suggestion scheme
- Award and Recognition
- Display Boards, Posters / Slogans
- Awareness Campaign
Development of safety procedures: Investigation and analyzing accident to develops standard practices of safety.
- Hazard Identification
- Counter measure of hazards
- Audit of practice
- Interactive suggestions
- Cause of accidents
- Type of injury
Compliance: To Monitor and compliance of statutory requirements pertaining to safety Rules and regulations.
- Organize safety committee meetings
- Compliances as per factories Act'1948 / MFR 1963.
- Safety Audits / inspections / load or pressure tests as per Legal requirements.
