Job Description
Key Result Areas
Supporting Actions
Project Execution & Monitoring
Monitor day-to-day civil construction activities. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule. Track progress against planned milestones and initiate corrective actions wherever required.
Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with quality standards, inspection plans and technical specifications. Review workmanship, conduct site inspections and support timely closure of quality observations.
Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
Ensure adherence to all safety procedures, permits and control measures. Participate in safety inspections, toolbox talks, incident reporting and implementation of safety initiatives.
Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, operations and support departments for smooth execution of project activities. Facilitate timely resolution of site issues.
Cost & Resource Optimization
Monitor utilization of manpower, materials and equipment. Support verification of work measurements and identify opportunities for productivity improvement and cost optimization.
Project Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project records, progress reports, work measurement sheets, inspection reports and MIS documentation. Ensure timely updates and reporting to management.
System & Continuous Improvement
Participate in Kaizen, OPL, 5S, digital initiatives and process improvement projects. Promote best practices and standardization across project activities.
People Development & Learning
Develop technical and behavioral competencies through structured learning. Collaborate with team members, learn project management practices and contribute to organizational objectives.
