- To ensure smooth & safe operation of Kiln, Raw Mill and Coal Mill to achieve production target.
- Minimize power consumption & Maximize Production by optimum operation while maintaining consistent quality parameters.
- To ensure safe working environment for Mill operation & Raw Material handling operation.
- Co-ordination with other departments to improve the plant performance.
- Look after Break down & do the Why-why analysis to reduce the break down frequency.
- To implement / follow / participation in all Safety Standards, WCM & ISO system for the excellence of the organization.
- Look after Plant PM Shutdown, Annual shutdown.
