PF Instrument (RMill Circuit) - Engineer / Snr. Engineer / Assistant Manager

Responsible for maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement of instrumentation systems in the Raw Mill Circuit.

Ensures smooth operation of weigh feeders, belt scales, field instruments, analyzers, and control loops.

Carries out preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns and production losses.

Monitors PLC, SCADA, VFD, and field instrumentation health and executes necessary modifications.

Identifies abnormalities, raises SAP notifications, and ensures timely closure of maintenance activities.

Coordinates with Operations, Mechanical, and Process teams during shutdowns and breakdowns.

Ensures compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and plant reliability targets.
