Professional Qualifications: BE/Diploma in Electrical Electronics, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering

Essential: B.E. / Diploma with 4 to 15 years of experience

Preferably: : B.E. / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics

Professional Experience: (specify range in yrs) - 4-15 yrs

Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required): To monitor scheduled tasks to ensure availability of DCS & Utilities instruments

Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills:

• Having thorough knowledge of DCS/PLC ABB800xA & Siemens S71500
• Technical Knowledge of instrumentation field equipment's
• Maintenance & trouble shooting of Gas analysers, Stack Analysers, CAQMS Analyser
• Should have knowledge of XRF, XRD, CBA ,Robolab.
• Should have knowledge and experience on Fire alarms system maintenance and troubleshooting
• Should have knowledge on CCTV and Networking, PAX, Sound engineering
• Implement ISO, WCM and safety standard systems scrupulously.
• Good Communication Skills and should be a good team player.

• KRA 1: Business Delivery:
  Business Delivery- Ensuring equipment availability, Maintaining S&S with R&M budget with respect to target, Improving Equipment reliability.Planning of spare parts and raising indent for procurement as per requirement. Classification of most critical and less critical and general spares.

• KRA 2: Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives - Ensure SO,Capa, NMC reporting in section, MOC preparation, Reduction of LTIFR , Implementation of safety standard to achieve zero harm. Timely submission of Kaizen, OPL, Good to fine, suggestion on system. Developing and sustaining Model area /Green circle in respective sections

• KRA 3:Key Systems and Process Management:
  The system requirements of ISO, EMS, OHSAS and WCM systems in Kiln through the involvement of employees for improving plant working and quality standard. Ensuring proper compliance to PM07 checks, why why analysis, & to ensure implementation of Operational Excellence (WCM) Road Map criteria of Asset Management KFA. Inspection of spares received and timely clearing of GRN. Why-Why analysis and finding Root causes and suitable action to achieve no repetitive problems.

• KRA 4: Strategic Projects:
  Study and recommend Capex jobs for equipment upgradation/debottlenecking to improve plant availability and productivity.

• KRA 5: People productivity - Manpower planning one day in advance for daily jobs. Proper Job planning for shutdown jobs.
