PF Compliance Manager

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end PF compliance for the entire company, including employee PF registration, UAN management, monthly PF calculation, ECR preparation and filing, challan generation and payment, reconciliation, EPFO records, employee queries, and ensuring timely compliance with all applicable PF regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of the EPFO portal and PF regulations.
• Hands-on experience in ECR filing and challan generation/payment.
• Able to independently manage end-to-end PF compliance for the entire company.
• Good knowledge of UAN, PF transfers, withdrawals, and employee queries.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
