Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a PET Strap Extrusion Line Operator. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining PET strap extrusion machinery, monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards. The operator will also assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, contribute to process improvements, and uphold consistent product quality per company specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation, with hands-on experience in operating extrusion line machinery
• Quality Control skills, including the ability to inspect and ensure product compliance with quality standards
• Strong Communication skills for effective team collaboration and reporting
• Familiarity with Computer Literacy for monitoring production software and logging data
• Experience in Training and mentoring junior operators (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical or manufacturing operations is a plus
