PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) Trader

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-velocity, energetic PET Trader- Polyethylene Terephthalate (Age 25-35) to manage the end-to-end procurement and sales of PET scrap, flakes, and recycled PET materials. This role is designed for a proactive individual who is ready to travel aggressively to build a robust network of suppliers and buyers while maintaining a disciplined work-from-office routine in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute buying and selling operations for PET scrap, flakes, and recycled PET materials.

· Proactively develop and expand the network of reliable suppliers and industrial buyers across regions.

· Negotiate competitive pricing, high-volume contracts, and favorable payment terms.

· Real-time tracking of daily market rates and material availability to capitalize on trading opportunities.

· Coordinate closely with the plant for quality inspection, verification, and timely dispatch.

· Maintain meticulous purchase and sales records and documentation.

· Aggressive follow-up for outstanding payments and scheduled deliveries to ensure seamless cash flow and operations.

Requirements

· 3 to 7 years of core experience in PET or plastic recycling trading.

· Age group: 25 - 35 years (Young and energetic candidate preferred).

· Proven ability to travel aggressively for vendor/buyer development.

· In-depth knowledge of PET scrap and flakes market dynamics.

· Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management.

· Must be willing to work from the office in Navi Mumbai.
