This is a full-time remote role for a Pet Food Formulation Executive. The role involves developing, testing, and optimizing pet food formulations to meet quality, nutrition, and market standards. The Pet Food Formulation Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to source and analyze ingredients, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support product launches. Additional responsibilities include conducting research on emerging trends in the pet food industry and maintaining detailed documentation of formulation processes and results.

• Expertise in Pet Food Formulation, Nutritional Analysis, and Ingredient Sourcing
• Experience in product development, recipe optimization, and shelf-life testing
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and food safety standards
• Analytical skills for research, testing, and data reporting
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage timelines effectively
• Passion for innovation in the pet food industry
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field
• Previous experience in the pet food industry or R&D roles is a plus
