Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an PET-CT Service Engineer located in Bengaluru & Mumbai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and technical support of PET-CT systems. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating equipment performance, diagnosing issues, conducting repairs, and performing routine maintenance. The role also involves collaborating with the medical staff to ensure the efficiency and reliability of diagnostic imaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and Repair of advanced diagnostic imaging equipment
• Experience in providing Field Service support and executing on-site repairs efficiently
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with medical staff and convey technical information clearly
• Ability to deliver Technical Support and expertise to customers and team members
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within the region for on-site support
• Previous experience in the medical imaging field, especially with PET-CT systems, is highly desirable
