Pest Control Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to assess pest problems and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and effectively according to regulations.
• Educate clients on pest prevention and control methods.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and products used.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) while working.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in pest control or related field.
• Knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and control methods.
• Familiarity with the safe handling and application of pesticides.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
