Job Role: Pest Control Technician / Field Service Technician
Job Description
- Conduct pest-control treatments at residential and commercial customer locations.
- Travel to customer locations as per the assigned daily schedule.
- Identify and assess pest infestations, entry points, and potential risk areas.
- Conduct treatments for:
- Cockroaches
- Ants
- Rodents
- Mosquitoes
- Flies
- Spiders
- Lizards
- Other common pests
- Perform anti-termite treatments, including pre-construction and post-construction treatments.
- Apply approved pest-control products safely according to company procedures.
- Perform spraying, injection, baiting, fogging, and other required treatment methods.
- Handle pesticides, chemicals, and pest-control equipment safely.
- Explain treatment procedures and basic preventive measures to customers.
- Maintain treatment records, service reports, and customer feedback.
- Properly maintain spraying equipment, PPE, and other company materials.
- Report major infestations, safety concerns, or site-related issues to the supervisor.
- Follow company standards, safety procedures, and instructions at every service location.
- Maintain professional behaviour and effective communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate
- Previous pest-control experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Willingness to travel to different customer locations.
- Ability to work outdoors and in residential/commercial environments.
- Basic communication and customer-service skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and physically fit.
- Willingness to learn professional pest-control techniques.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
