Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Personality Development Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for conducting dynamic personality development sessions, delivering engaging training programs, and customizing workshops based on students needs. Daily tasks include research and development of training materials, guiding participants to improve communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills, and assisting in generating content for relevant programs. The role also requires collaboration with other team members to ensure holistic development opportunities for students and participants.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Personality Development and Training to create impactful and effective workshops.
  • Proficiency in Research and Writing to develop relevant and well-structured training materials.
  • Experience in Social Media to promote sessions and engage audiences through digital platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Prior experience in a training or educational environment is preferred.
  • Passion for personal development and a commitment to empowering individuals to reach their potential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
