Role Description The Personality Development Trainer will design and deliver engaging online training sessions focused on communication skills, confidence building, and holistic personal growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating training materials, lesson plans, and exercises; conducting live virtual classes; assessing learner needs and progress; and providing individualized feedback to support improvement. The trainer will collaborate with the education team to refine curricula, incorporate research-based practices, and integrate digital tools for interactive learning. Additional duties may involve developing content for workshops, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and contributing to online outreach initiatives that promote the training programs. This is a full-time remote role.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Personality Development and Training, with experience facilitating workshops or courses for diverse learner groups.
• Candidates should possess research skills to identify best practices in soft skills training and continuously improve program content.
• Candidates should possess writing skills to develop clear, concise training materials, assessments, and learner guidance documents.
• Candidates should possess social media skills to support educational outreach, promote programs, and engage learners on digital platforms.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or related fields, or recognized certifications in training and soft skills development.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate interactive online sessions and motivate learners.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage schedules effectively, and use digital tools and learning platforms confidently.
• Prior experience in e-learning, coaching, or mentoring learners is highly beneficial.
