Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Seasoned Personal Training Coach, located in New Delhi. The Personal Training Coach will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, providing guidance and motivation to clients, and assisting them in setting and achieving their fitness goals. The coach will also collaborate with other fitness professionals to promote overall health and wellness, ensure proper exercise techniques, and maintain progress tracking for clients. Encouraging client engagement and supporting their personal growth will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Coaching, Life Coaching, and Personal Training
• Expertise in Coaching and Sports Coaching practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients
• Ability to develop tailored fitness programs and demonstrate proper exercise techniques
• Certifications in personal training, life coaching, or fitness-related fields preferred
• Passion for health, fitness, and promoting overall wellness
• Problem-solving skills and ability to motivate clients to achieve their goals
