Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Trainer role based at Anytime Fitness Ludhiana East. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver safe, effective, and engaging fitness programs tailored to members individual goals, including weight management, strength, endurance, and overall wellness. Responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, leading one-on-one and small-group training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise technique, and monitoring member progress. The role also involves educating members on basic nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits, maintaining a clean and safe training environment, and collaborating with the club team to support member retention and engagement. The Personal Trainer is expected to provide motivating, inclusive, and professional support to members of all fitness levels and backgrounds.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to create customized workout plans and coach members safely and effectively.
  • Experience in Circuit Training and structured program design to support strength, endurance, and functional fitness goals.
  • Background in Sports Coaching to guide members on performance, technique, and goal-oriented training.
  • Knowledge of basic Nutrition principles to provide general guidance that supports members fitness and wellness objectives.
  • Relevant certification in fitness training (e.g., personal training, strength and conditioning, or equivalent) from a recognized body.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an inclusive, member-focused approach and the ability to motivate diverse individuals.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required in a club environment.
  • Basic understanding of gym safety, equipment maintenance, and hygiene standards.
  • Prior experience in a gym or fitness center is preferred; passion for health, fitness, and continuous learning is essential.
