Job Description

1. Personal Training Delivery

  • Deliver structured and effective 1:1 personal training sessions.
  • Customize workouts based on member goals and fitness levels.
  • Ensure safe execution, progression, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build long-term client relationships to drive renewals.

2. Programming & Progress Tracking

  • Design workouts using the programming and logging app.
  • Track member progress (strength, endurance, body composition).
  • Continuously update programs based on performance and goals.

3. Member Onboarding & Fitness Consultation

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new members:
  • Gym walkthrough
  • Equipment familiarization
  • Body Composition Analysis (BCA) and basic fitness test.
  • Help members understand their current fitness level and goals.
  • Educate members on structured training and its benefits.

4. Floor Engagement

  • Actively support members on the gym floor during non-PT hours.
  • Assist with form correction, basic guidance, and motivation.
  • Build rapport with members through regular interaction.

5. PT Conversion & Revenue Contribution

  • Introduce Personal Training as a solution based on member needs.
  • Convert interested members into PT clients through consultation-led conversations.
  • Follow up with members who have completed onboarding sessions.
  • Contribute to monthly PT targets through consistent effort.
