Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Assessment: Conduct initial evaluations, including medical history, lifestyle questionnaires, and fitness assessments to establish a baseline.
- Program Design: Develop individualized, long-term fitness plans to meet client goals, such as weight loss, strength gains, or functional mobility.
- Instruction & Safety: Teach proper exercise techniques for cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength training equipment to prevent injuries.
- Motivation & Support: Provide consistent encouragement, accountability, and education to assist clients in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Client Retention & Sales: Actively promote personal training services, sell packages, and conduct tours to new members.
- Administrative Tasks: Document client progress, manage schedules, and keep up with industry trends.
