Role Description The Personal Teacher will provide individualized academic support to commerce students, delivering subject-specific lessons and clarifying concepts during regular class hours. This full-time role involves planning and conducting on-site sessions at SHREE COMMERCE CLASSES in Ahmedabad, monitoring student progress, and adjusting teaching methods based on individual learning needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, explaining topics in a clear and engaging manner, assigning and reviewing practice work, and offering feedback to help students improve. The Personal Teacher will also collaborate with the institute's staff to align teaching with the curriculum, maintain discipline in the classroom, and communicate with learners and guardians about performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to explain commerce concepts clearly and effectively.
• Experience with Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, goal-oriented sessions for individual learners.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• Relevant academic background in Commerce or a related field; bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Prior experience as a teacher or tutor for commerce subjects is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work full time on-site in Ahmedabad and manage multiple students learning needs.
