Personal Secretary to Director
Job Summar
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support the Director in managing daily administrative, coordination, and communication activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, coordinating travel and events, maintaining records, and ensuring the Director's day-to-day operations run smoothly
Key Responsibilitie
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and related logistics
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and reports
- Follow up on action items and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and business documents
- Perform general administrative and office coordination tasks as required
.Requirement
- 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary, or similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
