Job Description

  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring punctuality and preparedness.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence, prioritizing important messages for timely delivery.
  • Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating with IT support, and organizing files and records.
  • Screen visitors and calls to ensure only relevant communications reach the executive.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information, such as financial data, legal documents, and personal information, with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist the executive in preparing for meetings, presentations, and other business activities as required.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth office functioning.
