Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Scheduling

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and personal appointments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Administrative Support

  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics.

Personal Assistance

  • Support with personal tasks, errands, and reminders.
  • Coordinate household or personal requirements as needed.

Liaison & Communication

  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO.
  • Prioritize and route communications for timely responses.

Office Coordination

  • Assist the CEO's office in ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
