We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Personal Secretary Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good command of English, and the ability to handle research, documentation, and routine office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and back-office activities
- Handle email communication, follow-ups, and basic documentation
- Perform internet research using tools like ChatGPT and Google
- Maintain and update records using MS Excel
- Assist in ticket booking, scheduling, and coordination
- Support basic accounting-related tasks if applicable
- Maintain confidentiality and organize important information
- Provide general support to management as required
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and online research tools
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in Accounts, Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience in a Secretary Back Office Admin role
