Job Description

Schedule & Calendar Management

  • Managing appointments, meetings, and reminders
  • Coordinating calendars and avoiding scheduling conflicts
  • Arranging travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport)
  • Sending meeting invites and follow-ups

Communication Management

  • Handling emails — reading, drafting, and responding on behalf of the employer
  • Screening phone calls and messages
  • Acting as a point of contact between the employer and others
  • Preparing and proofreading letters, memos, and reports

Administrative Support

  • Maintaining files, documents, and records
  • Preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Taking meeting minutes and distributing them
  • Managing office supplies and paperwork

Task & Project Coordination

  • Following up on pending tasks and deadlines
  • Liaising with departments, clients, or vendors
  • Tracking project progress and reporting updates
  • Researching and compiling information as needed

Personal Errands & Support

  • Running personal errands (shopping, payments, etc.)
  • Managing personal appointments (doctor, events, etc.)
  • Making reservations for dinners, events, or venues
  • Handling household-related tasks if required

Confidentiality & Discretion

  • Handling sensitive and private information with full confidentiality
  • Maintaining professional boundaries at all times
  • Being trustworthy with personal and business matters

Key Skills Required
