  • Loan Executive

Job Description

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Generate leads for personal loans through outbound calling and other sales activities.
  • Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
  • Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, features, and benefits.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.
  • Maintain regular communication with leads throughout the sales process.

Customer Handling

  • Handle customer queries related to personal loans.
  • Provide accurate information about loan products and application procedures.
  • Build professional relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers with the loan application process.

Loan Sales & Conversion

  • Promote and sell personal loan products to eligible customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales and loan disbursement targets.
  • Follow up with customers to complete pending documentation.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to support smooth loan processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Telecalling

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Conduct sales conversations professionally and confidently.
  • Handle customer objections and provide suitable information.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
  • Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
