Job Description

This job is provided by apna.co We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Loan Sales Telecaller to promote and sell loan products over calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, etc.)

Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful loan applications

Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

(These responsibilities align with common loan telecalling roles in India's BFSI sector.)

Required Skills

Strong communication and convincing skills

Good sales and negotiation ability

Basic knowledge of loan products

Ability to handle customer queries effectively

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM tools)
