Since 2011 for over 15 years, Network FP has worked towards raising the standards of the personal finance profession in India through education, certification, community, events and thought leadership. Our key initiatives include: QPFP Certification, PRO Membership and NFP National Summit. We are currently a team of 40 people helping over 2,000 financial advisors build and grow their practices with Client-First approach across 180+ cities across India.
Our medium-term mission is to build a community of 10,000 qualified professionals by 2030 serving millions of families across India.
Role Overview
This is not a content creation job. This is a knowledge management role. You will research, create, and deliver high-quality personal finance knowledge that directly shapes how India's best financial advisors learn, think, and advise. You will work across two of NFP's core verticals - the QPFP Certification and PRO Membership crafting assessments, learning resources, and live sessions that set the standard for the profession.
Your core mission: turn your personal finance expertise into value that impacts thousands of professionals every week which in turn will help millions of investors / consumers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Value Creation & Content Management
• Create and improvise - personal finance courses like mutual funds, retirement, insurance, taxation and 30 other personal finance topics.
• Create & improvise - tools, templates, and resources that deliver practical value financial professionals.
• Ideate and create - better and newer learning and development benefits for QPFP Certification and PRO Membership
• Stay current on personal finance developments and translate them into actionable content and value for financial advisors
2. Real-life Assessment Management
• Research and develop original and practical exam questions aligned to the course curriculum and learning objectives which represents what happens in real-life of financial advisors with their clients.
• Review and refine existing question sets for accuracy, depth, and quality standards. Build and maintain a structured master question bank with proper categorisation and version control
3. Learning Delivery Management
• Host and deliver live learning sessions with clarity and high learner engagement for QPFP Certificaiton and PRO Membership.
• Work closely with industry's best subject matter experts and leading practitioners to co-create and deliver value and knowledge to financial advisors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 1–7 years of experience in personal finance space
• Have completed or pursuing any one personal finance qualifications like QPFP, CFP, CFA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curious and research-driven. You read widely and stay updated.
• Open to presenting and hosting live sessions in front of an audience
• Proficient in Excel, and AI productivity tools — these are your daily instruments
• High ownership mindset. You take a brief and deliver a finished product.
