They maximize their employer's time by handling essential administrative duties, managing complex calendars, overseeing communications, and coordinating travel arrangements.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar Management: Coordinate meetings, avoid scheduling conflicts, and manage appointments with internal/external stakeholders.Correspondence: Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, and mail on the employer's behalf.Travel Coordination: Book flights, accommodation, and transportation, while creating comprehensive daily itineraries.Meeting Preparation: Compile reports, gather documents, draft memos, and take accurate meeting minutes.Errands & Administration: Run ad-hoc local business errands, order office supplies, and maintain digital or physical filing systems.Essential Skills & QualificationsAbsolute Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential business and personal information.Time Management: Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills to juggle changing priorities seamlessly.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively act as a gatekeeper and liaison.Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), calendar tools (Google Calendar, Outlook), and virtual meeting software.Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot problems quickly, and work independently with minimal oversight.
