Key duties include managing complex calendars, booking travel, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, running errands, and maintaining strict confidentiality.Core ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Email Management: Scheduling appointments, managing high-volume emails, and setting reminders to prevent conflicts.Travel Arrangements: Coordinating complex travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.Administrative Support: Preparing reports, conducting research, maintaining files, and taking meeting minutes.Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary contact point, screening calls, and handling correspondence.Personal Assistance: Running errands, managing household tasks, or handling personal projects.Key Requirements & SkillsDiscretion: Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.Organization: Strong time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and scheduling tools.Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
