Job Description

  • Provide thoughtful, caring, and sincere service consistently.
  • Anticipate and identify the employer's needs, ensuring personalized and proactive service.
  • Assist with food and beverage services as required.
  • Help with planning and arrangements for personal or family events.
  • Ensure all employer requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide laundry and shoe shine services, respecting special preferences.
  • Answer telephones and attend to the door when required.
  • Cater for the family or host dinner parties when needed.
  • Perform light household duties.
  • Oversee housekeeping staff and other household personnel.
  • Manage wardrobe and ensure proper clothing care.
  • Look after household furniture, antiques, and other valuable items.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and respect the privacy of the employer and family.
