Acquire new customers through direct sales of savings/current accounts, debit/credit cards, and cross-sell of other banking products (loans, investments, insurance).
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and participate in sales drives.
Ensure quality acquisition with specified KYC and documentation.
Meet monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Maintain customer relations and resolve basic banking queries.
Assist in branch operations and compliance when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate (any stream), MBA preferred.
0-2 years of sales experience (fresher with good communication skills can apply).
Goal-oriented, with a flair for sales and relationship building.
Good knowledge of local geography and customer behavior.
