Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Personal Banker Sales role based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include driving sales of banking products such as deposits and new accounts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and delivering tailored banking solutions to meet those requirements. The Personal Banker Sales role also involves maintaining compliance with banking regulations and contributing to branch-level business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Banking, with expertise in providing tailored financial solutions.
- Familiarity with Deposits and Opening New Accounts to address client financial needs effectively.
- Skills in Customer Service with a focus on building positive client relationships and enhancing satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts to assist in customer inquiries and product recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar banking role is advantageous.
