The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day cash and non-cash transactions while ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience. This role demands a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Personal Banker - Inbound, you will be the face of the bank, addressing customer needs, promoting banking services, and ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency.

Redress Customer needs pertaining to Cash, DDs, Cheque Deposits, General Information.
Speed and Accuracy of Transaction.
Exploitation of other business opportunities sensed.
Providing quality of Experience that will ensure retention and positive word-of-mouth.
Manage cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
Handle customer requests related to cash withdrawals, deposits, demand drafts, and cheque processing.
Provide general banking information and resolve customer queries promptly.
Maintain high standards of speed and accuracy in all transactional processes.
Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services.
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience to foster loyalty and referrals.
