Job Description

To provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers, deepen existing customer relationships, cross-sell banking products, and support branch business objectives while ensuring high standards of customer experience and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and service walk-in customers visiting the branch.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
Cross-sell products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the branch.
Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints effectively.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
Process account opening and customer documentation accurately.
Support branch operations and ensure smooth customer servicing.
Generate leads and refer opportunities for other banking products.
