Personal Assistant to Chairman

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Chairman who will support day-to-day executive activities, digital coordination, and communication management.

This role requires someone who is **detail-oriented, tech-savvy (especially LinkedIn), and strong in communication**, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive & Calendar Management

* Manage Chairman's calendar, meetings, and appointments

* Schedule internal and external meetings with proper coordination

* Ensure smooth daily planning and time optimization

2. Communication & Coordination

* Act as a point of contact between Chairman and internal/external stakeholders

* Handle professional email drafting and responses

* Maintain strong follow-ups and coordination across teams

3. LinkedIn & Digital Management

* Manage and optimize Chairman's LinkedIn profile

* Handle LinkedIn networking, connections, and basic outreach

* Support in content posting, engagement, and personal branding

4. Meeting & Documentation

* Attend meetings (virtual/physical when required)

* Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) and ensure follow-ups

* Maintain records, reports, and important documents

5. Personal & Administrative Support

* Assist in daily tasks assigned by Chairman

* Coordinate appointments, reminders, and priority tasks

* Support in research, data collection, and information management

Required Skills

* Strong communication skills (English is a must)

* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn (networking, messaging, profile handling)

* Excellent calendar and time management skills

* Good drafting skills (emails, notes, MOMs)

* Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

* Proactive and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

* 2–4 years of experience as a PA / EA / Coordinator

* Experience in client handling or business communication is a plus

* Smart, presentable, and highly professional

* Comfortable working closely with leadership
