Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the daily administrative and operational needs of the Managing Director, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, handling confidential documents, making travel arrangements, and providing support for personal and professional tasks. The Personal Assistant will serve as the first point of contact on behalf of the Managing Director, ensuring effective communication and smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance tasks, including managing confidential information effectively.
  • Strong skills in Diary Management and Travel Arrangements, with the ability to manage complex schedules and travel plans seamlessly.
  • Excellent Communication skills with a professional demeanor, ensuring clear and efficient interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
  • Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
