PROKKON Construction Material Company, a 27-year-old manufacturing company, specializes in electrical products such as retail accessories, modular boxes, UPVC conduits, distribution boards, changeovers, main switches, busbars, MCB multipoles, ELCB, copper wires and cables, modular switches and accessories, ceiling and other fans, hot water geysers, LED and other fancy lighting fixtures.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, personal assistance, diary management, and communication tasks.

The role involves making travel arrangements, organizing meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day activities.

The role actively requires person, good to travel, within work hours, within NCR.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
  • Experience in Diary Management and organizing meetings
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in arranging Travel Arrangements
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
