Personal Assistant to Founder

We are urgently seeking an organized, open-minded, bold, proactive, adaptable, extroverted, and confident Personal Assistant to the Founder/CEO who can serve as a trusted support system and efficiently manage the Founder's day-to-day professional and personal requirements.

The ideal candidate should be friendly, reliable, quick-thinking, solution-oriented, highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

As the company continues to grow and expand across domestic and international markets, the PA will play an important role in supporting business coordination, communication, and the Founder's professional & Personal commitments.

Only Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Must be emotionally mature, flexible to Handle both professional & personal tasks

· Highly organized in Managing calendar, appointments, and email correspondence.

· Schedule meetings and take notes during team calls.

· Assist with research, reporting, and organizing information.

· Manage and update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases.

· Communicate with clients, partners, or service providers as needed.

· Handling Personal errands and family tasks.

· Handle travelling & itinerary and must be open for travelling with boss.

· Handle team, reports and assign tasks.

· Event Planning & Lifestyle Management.

· Travel with boss. (Domestic or local)

Qualifications:

· 2 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, or in an administrative support role.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

· Proficient with remote tools

· Exposure of International Market will be an add-on.
