Role Description This full-time, on-site Personal Assistant to Director role is based in Faridabad. The position involves managing the Director's daily schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, and maintaining an organized diary and calendar. The Personal Assistant will handle routine administrative and clerical tasks, prepare and format documents and presentations, and manage email and phone correspondence. The role also includes arranging travel and logistics, tracking follow-ups and deadlines, and supporting the Director with confidential information and internal coordination. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistant skills, including managing priorities, handling sensitive information, and supporting senior leadership.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, with the ability to coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and manage office workflows.
  • Proficient in Diary Management, including calendar planning, scheduling, and organizing appointments and events.
  • Solid Clerical Skills such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office suite, email and calendar tools) and comfort with digital workflows.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Prior experience supporting directors or senior executives is beneficial; a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
  • Should be open to travel with the Director.
