Job Description

Position Title

Founder's Office Executive / Executive Assistant to Founder & Director

Reporting To

Aarna Singh Rawat (Founder & Director)

Role Summary

A high-energy, highly reliable professional responsible for managing the Founder's office, personal brand, strategic relationships, communications, follow-ups, AI-powered productivity, and execution support. The ideal candidate should be creative, aesthetically strong, tech-savvy, proactive, trustworthy, and capable of representing the Founder professionally across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Founder Support & Execution

  • Manage Founder's calendar, priorities, meetings, and action items.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all commitments.
  • Prepare briefs, presentations, notes, and meeting summaries.

2. Personal Branding & PR

  • Support Founder's personal brand across social media, events, podcasts, and media interactions.
  • Identify speaking opportunities, collaborations, and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate PR and visibility initiatives.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, founders, educators, partners, and clients.
  • Ensure timely communication and engagement.

4. AI & Technology Enablement

  • Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, productivity, automation, and reporting.
  • Continuously identify tools that improve efficiency and execution.

5. Communication & Correspondence

  • Draft professional emails, messages, proposals, and communication on behalf of the Founder.
  • Ensure high-quality written and verbal communication.

6. Content & Creative Support

  • Assist in content ideation, presentation design, social media content, and creative execution.
  • Maintain high aesthetic and brand standards.
