Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's daily schedule, organizing meetings and appointments, providing clerical and administrative support, and handling confidential information with discretion. Duties also include ensuring efficient communication, preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and performing other tasks as assigned to support the CEO in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, document preparation, and managing the CEO's daily agenda
- Experience in Personal Assistance, including handling confidential tasks and supporting the CEO's professional and personal obligations
- Strong skills in Diary Management and coordination of meetings, events, and travel itineraries
- Excellent Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance with attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processing and calendar applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience supporting senior executives is preferred
