About the Role: Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide top-level assistance to our high-level executives. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and comfortable scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and drafting documents on behalf of the CEO. Additionally, they should excel in coordinating necessary meeting preparations and effectively managing the CEO's schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Calendar management for the CEO

Handling email correspondence and document requests on behalf of the CEO

Drafting slides, meeting notes, minutes of meetings, and documents for the CEO and/or MD

Successfully completing critical deliverables to facilitate the CEO's leadership

Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO

Generating various MIS reports for the CEO and coordinating with various departments for necessary reports

Serving as a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments

Supporting the CEO in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets, and related activities

Overseeing coordination and collation of quarterly reports for Board meetings

Assisting and coordinating strategy planning exercises

Conducting meaningful business data analysis

Keeping the CEO well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities

Coordinating and planning top executive corporate meetings and facilitating cross-divisional coordination

Participating as an adjunct member of the Executive Team and assisting in scheduling and attending all meetings

Producing and managing information as required

Arranging Board of CEO's meetings and different executive-level events, as required Maintaining and developing systems, procedures, and records in line with the organization's policies and objectives

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years (Must) of experience preferred as a Personal Assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and follow up effectively
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

  • Note: Willing to relocate Bangalore (Must),
