Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, appointments, and daily tasks.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, including domestic and international travel.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist in project management, ensuring deadlines and tasks are met efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the CEO/Executive team.
  • Willingness to travel as required for meetings and other official responsibilities.

Skills / Attributes Required

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary is preferred.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently (both domestic and international).
