Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, etc.).
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and document preparation.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Prior experience in handling executive-level administrative responsibilities is preferred.
