Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Office Management
- Manage the Chairman/MD's calendar and schedule meetings, conferences, and interviews.
- Maintain office systems, databases, filing systems, and visiting card directories.
- Draft letters, circulars, and official communications independently.
- Prepare MIS and periodic reports as required by the management.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Accompany the Chairman/MD on official trips if required.
- Organize events, functions, supplier meetings, customer seminars, and annual conferences.
Administration & Communication
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman/MD and internal teams or external agencies.
- Ensure follow-up on delegated tasks and provide regular updates.
- Participate in management review meetings, record MOMs, and circulate action plans for deviations.
- Source relevant information on business, technology, and best practices for management.
Support & Team Coordination
- Provide guidance to other assistants or support staff and monitor task completion.
- Assist in personnel management, secretarial activities, and executive support tasks.
