Job Description

Role Overview:

  • Provide high-level administrative, operational, and business support to the Chief Business Officer.
  • Enable the CBO to focus on strategic priorities, partnerships, and organizational performance.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain executive-level professionalism.
  • Proactively manage schedules, coordination, reporting, and follow-ups.

Executive & Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for the CBO.
  • Coordinate internal, external, board, and partner meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and track action items.
  • Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence on behalf of the CBO.
  • Maintain confidential documents, contracts, and business records.

Strategic & Business Support:

  • Assist in preparing business plans, presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Conduct research on markets, competitors, and partnerships.
  • Track strategic initiatives and follow up on deliverables.
  • Support execution of key business projects led by the CBO.
  • Summarize insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact between the CBO and internal or external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure timely information flow and alignment on priorities.
  • Represent the CBO professionally when required.

Meeting & Travel Management:

  • Organize domestic and international travel, visas, and accommodations.
  • Prepare travel itineraries, briefing packs, and post-travel summaries.
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, negotiations, and business events.
  • Track travel expenses and prepare reimbursement reports.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.
  • Track deadlines, risks, and follow-ups across initiatives.
  • Maintain action logs to ensure accountability.

Confidentiality & Process Improvement:

  • Handle sensitive business and personnel information securely.
  • Ensure adherence to governance and internal policies.
  • Improve executive workflows and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate with finance, HR, legal, and operations teams.
