Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing diaries and schedules, coordinating meetings, and performing various clerical tasks. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to assist in day-to-day operations effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Diary Management and Scheduling
  • Well-versed in Clerical and Organizational tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
