Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Personal Assistant at MD PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Responsibilities include providing personal and executive administrative support, managing daily schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and managing clerical tasks. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to supporting senior management in day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Experience with Diary Management and organizing schedules effectively
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as organizing documents and managing administrative tasks
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to multitask
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in office software and tools
- Relevant experience in executive or administrative support
